Gas producer:
Gas producer furnaces are used to produce heat-absorbing gases, using natural gas/propane as feedstock gas, which is mixed with a precisely measured amount of air, and then cracked, mainly CO and H2. The cooling method is water cooling.
Furnace structure: The shell is welded by high-quality low carbon steel plate, and the heating chamber is masonry by aluminum silicate refractory ceramic fiber module. The heat-resistant steel reaction tank is equipped with high-quality Ni-based catalyst. The RX gas transmission line is equipped with a ring gap cooling system and explosion-proof valve, and the cooling system is made of stainless steel. The heating element adopts annular spiral heating wire.
Gas mixing - control system: The fuel gas + air mixture system is composed of a globe valve, a cold and dry machine, a filter, a pressure reducing valve, a pressure switch, a mass flow meter, a zero pressure valve, a mass flow meter, a circulation valve, a pressure gauge, a discharge valve, a check valve, an air filter, etc., and is sealed by a pipeline system. The components in the control cabinet should use the components produced by professional manufacturers such Siemens, and the cabinet is equipped with lighting devices. The component voltage in the control cabinet is 24VDC.
Water cooling pipeline system: The water cooling pipeline system consists of a ring gap cooler and a sealed connection of the inlet and outlet water pipes to form a closed return water circulation system. All use temperature resistant 80 degree components, and all use 304 stainless steel material, the main bend part uses advanced stainless steel metal hose for soft connection. Very high sealing is required.
