Clean compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with carbon molecular sieve from the bottom. Thanks to our special equal distribution diffuser, the air flow diffuses uniformly, ensuring efficient oxygen and nitrogen adsorption and separation. The result? High purity nitrogen is produced from the top of the adsorption tower and stored in the nitrogen process tank. Meanwhile, a small amount of finished nitrogen enters the regeneration tower to regenerate the carbon molecular sieve by removing the adsorbed oxygen. With two adsorption towers operating in alternate cycles, you can continuously produce nitrogen without interruption.
