Product principle
The variable pressure adsorption oxygen plant uses clean compressed air as raw material and high quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to produce oxygen from air under a certain pressure. The compressed air, which has been purified and dried, is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure in the adsorber. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the rate of diffusion of nitrogen in the micro-pores of the zeolite molecular sieve is much greater than that of oxygen, and the nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, while the oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished oxygen. Then by reducing the pressure to atmospheric pressure, the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities to achieve regeneration. Generally two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, the other tower desorbs and regenerates, and the PLC program controller controls the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, so that the two towers alternately cycle, thus obtaining a high purity of oxygen (93% ± 2).

Application areas of oxygen production equipment
Oxygen production, oxygenation and dissolution in large factories and aquaculture, matching large ozone machines, disinfection, sterilisation and algae removal for aquaculture ponds.
It can also be used for
(1) Electric furnace steelmaking: decarburisation, oxygen-assisted heating, foam slag dissolution, metallurgical control and post-sequence heating.
(2) Wastewater treatment: oxygen-enriched aeration of activated sludge, pool oxygenation and ozone sterilisation.
(3) Field cutting construction: field steel pipe and steel plate cutting with oxygen enrichment, mobile or small oxygen generators can meet the requirements.
(4) Sewage treatment, non-ferrous metal smelting: smelting steel, zinc, nickel, lead, etc. need to use oxygen enrichment, PSA method is gradually replacing the deep cooling method.
(5) Glass melting: oxygen fuels combustion and dissolution, cutting, increasing glass production and extending the life of the furnace.
(6) Pulp bleaching and paper making: chlorine bleaching is converted to oxygen-rich bleaching, providing cheap oxygen.
(7) Ore treatment: used in gold and other production processes to increase the extraction rate of precious metals.
(8) For fermentation: fulldai replaces air to provide oxygen for aerobic fermentation, which can significantly improve efficiency
(9) For drinking water: supplying oxygen to the ozone generator to produce oxygen for sterilisation.
(10) Oxygen for petrochemical and chemical processes: Oxygen reactions in petroleum and chemical processes use fulldioxidation instead of air for oxidation reactions, which can increase the reaction speed and the yield of chemical products.
