Clean compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with carbon molecular sieve from the bottom. The air flow diffuses through the equal distribution diffuser, ensuring uniform entry into the adsorption tower for oxygen and nitrogen adsorption and separation. High purity nitrogen is produced from the top of the adsorption tower and stored in the nitrogen process tank. A small amount of finished nitrogen is used to regenerate the carbon molecular sieve in the regeneration tower, removing the adsorbed oxygen. The two adsorption towers operate in alternate cycles, continuously producing nitrogen.
